Our coaches are equipped with an onboard toilet and washroom facilities to help keep you comfortable during your journey.
Our drivers and stance staff regularly check our coaches to help ensure that all on‑board facilities are clean, working, and ready for your journey.
The only exception is the 923 service, which you will use for travel on our Belfast route.
On the 923 route, a toilet break will be scheduled at a suitable stop along the way. If you think you’ll need this break, please let the driver know in good time and they’ll be happy to assist.
If you notice anything not quite right while travelling, please let the driver know at the next safe opportunity. They’ll do their best to resolve the issue while the coach is in service or make sure it’s followed up as soon as possible.
If the toilet becomes unavailable during your journey, the driver will offer a comfort stop at an appropriate point along the route. This will depend on the length of the journey and the availability of a safe place to stop with suitable facilities.
