Pets

To help keep everyone safe and comfortable, pets are not normally permitted to travel on our coaches, with the exception of trained assistance dogs or guide dogs in training, who are always welcome.

We do make an exception for small animals that are fully contained within a suitable pet carrier. For everyone’s comfort and safety, the carrier must be placed securely on the floor beneath your seat, as pets can’t be carried on the seats.

If you’re travelling on our Belfast (923) service, please be sure to check and follow Stena Line’s conditions of carriage for pets, as these will apply to that journey.

If you’re unsure whether your pet can travel, our team will be happy to help before you book.
