To start, please complete a ticket on NotLost - this will allow our Lost Property team to review your enquiry and start helping.

The Lost Property team will keep you updated via NotLost. You'll get an email notification if there is anything we need to tell you.
We will actively keep your enquiry open for 28 days and keep searching during this time.
You can also visit us at our head office in Glasgow Buchanan Bus Station. The Lost Property team are available 09:00 - 16:45 Monday to Friday. Lost Property can be collected from the office during these hours.
If you are not able to collect your belongings once located, a courier can be arranged.
