Each ticket includes luggage allowance of:
- One large suitcase or rucksack (up to 75cm × 50cm × 32cm, maximum 20kg), and
- One small piece of soft hand luggage.
Your hand luggage should be small enough to be stored safely in the overhead rack or under your seat.
Extra Luggage
- Extra luggage can be carried subject to availability at a cost of £5 per additional item per journey.
- You can bring up to two additional items per passenger.
How to Add Extra Luggage
You can easily add additional luggage:
- When booking your ticket online or in the Citylink app; or
- By purchasing it directly from your driver on the day of travel.

Identify Your Luggage
Please use a luggage tag when travelling. This helps you, and other passengers, identify the correct luggage item(s). If your item(s) are left on the coach, this helps our Lost Property team quickly identification of the owner.
Prohibited Items
There are some items prohibited on our coaches. You will not be permitted to travel if you have;
- electric scooter(s)
- electric bike(s)
- frozen food
- explosives, ammunition or weapons
- combustible or otherwise hazardous materials, including petrol
