We’re proud to welcome all passengers on Scottish Citylink services and are committed to making your journey as comfortable and accessible as possible. This includes supporting customers with both visible and hidden disabilities.

If you need help boarding or leaving the coach, speak to a member of our team or your driver, they’ll be more than happy to assist you.

As well as accessible coaches, all of our staff receive training to support passengers with disabilities, and we’re dedicated to ensuring you can travel with confidence and ease when using our services.


We don't offer specific Travel Assistance, but our team will do their best to make your journey simple and comfortable. 

If you’d like to discuss your needs ahead of time or have any questions before you travel, please don’t hesitate to get in touch, we’re always here to help.
