Amend Your Ticket

You can make changes to your ticket up to 10 minutes before your scheduled travel time by logging into your MyCitylink account.

Amendments can be made while signed in on www.citylink.co.uk or through the Citylink app, whichever is most convenient for you.

You can change the date or time of travel, as well as change or add a seat reservation. You are unable to change the boarding point or destination on your ticket. Additional luggage can be added during boarding by paying the driver directly.

Please note that a £1.50 amendment fee applies, along with any difference in fare if the new ticket costs more. If you have a concession booking, it may be better to make a new booking and let us know so we can cancel your original booking.
