You can cancel your ticket up to 10 minutes before your scheduled travel time by logging into your MyCitylink account.
Cancellations can be made while signed in on www.citylink.co.uk or through the Citylink app, whichever is most convenient for you.
Please note that a £5 cancellation fee applies per ticket. If the fare you paid was less than £5, there won’t be any balance left to refund.
Seat reservations, additional luggage vouchers, and booking fees are non‑refundable.
You can cancel your ticket either through your online account or by getting in touch with our Customer Services team.
