Refund for Cancelled Service

Our control team and drivers work hard to ensure passengers are kept moving, but on occasion your service may be cancelled. If this happens, we are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause you. 

If your service is cancelled, in most cases, we will be able to offer alternative travel arrangements such as travel on another service. 

We may contact you using the email address or telephone number you provided when booking your ticket. If you're travelling from a stop that has staff, they will be able to provide you more information.

If we are unable to provide alternative travel, or if your journey is significantly delayed, please get in touch with us using one of the methods below. Our team will investigate and confirm whether you are eligible for a refund:
